Foshan Haihua Surface Treatment Technology Co.,Ltd.,founded in 2005,is mainly engaged in the production of aluminum alloy oxidation additives and powder coating pretreatment additives, and is a professional enterprise integrating of product development, production and sales to after-sales service.
At present, the company has six major laboratories which including oxidation lab, powder coating lab, polishing lab, analysis lab, synthesis lab, simulative on-site large-scale production laboratory etc. . The serviced aluminum companies cover high-end electronic consumer products, rail transit, construction and other fields.
Research and Development Center
Foshan Haihua Surface Treatment Technology Co., Ltd. independently established " Foshan Research and Development Engineering Center for Aluminum Alloy Surface Treatment Additives " in 2016, vigorously developing Eco-friendly products of Aluminum Alloy Surface Treatment Additives, and actively promoting the sustainable development of aluminum alloy surface treatment.
The daily researching and solving content of Research and Development Engineering Center include:
(1) Simulated production of large-scale production line for aluminum alloy oxidation/powder coating pretreatment;
(2) Research and develop the Eco-friendly, low consumption, high weatherability and high performance of aluminum alloy surface treatment additives;
(3) Research and develop the process formulation and production of the same additive in different environments;
(4) The test of the bath liquid in large-scale production site and the way of adjusting the bath liquid when abnormal production occurs;
