Aluminum Powder Coating Pretreatment Additive

LW-31 Eco-friendly & Multi-functional Alkaline Degreasing Additive is a kind of colorless to reddish brown transparent liquid. This product is suitable for aluminum and its alloy powder coating pretreatment process. It can effectively remove the natural oxide film, oil stain and floating sand on the surface of sand-blasted aluminum profiles, so as to obtain a clean, uniform, delicate and soft metal surface.

LW-19 chromium-free passivation additive is a kind of colorless transparent and environmental protection additive. It applies the composite salts to form the uniform chemical conversion film on aluminum surface which can effectively enhance the coating film adhesion and corrosion resistance to the surface and the coating. LW-19 is chromium-free and in line with the green environmental protection requirements, can completely replace the traditional chromium passivation coating for aluminum surface treatment, it can also be used to spray or immersion.

LW-15 Film-formation Additive is a kind of brownish liquid which can form a bright yellowish film on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloy. This film has excellent corrosion resistance and good adhesion with coating and plastic coating.

LW-14 Chromium-free Degreasing Additive is a kind of colorless to yellowish transparent liquid containing powerful degreasing surface active agent, emulsifier and functional agent. LW-14 can efficiently remove aluminum surface grease, stains and natural oxidation film and results no harm to aluminum profiles. It is used for pre-treatment of aluminum profiles powder coating. It has the advantages of simple process and less aluminum consumption.

LW-161 Silane Ceramic Film-forming Additive is a kind of liquid single component environmentally friendly pink transparent, non-phosphorus, non-phosphorus, nickel and other heavy metals, especially suitable for surface ceramic treatment of steel, galvanized parts, aluminum and magnesium and other metal substrates, can enhance the bonding force of coating and corrosion resistance, it can replace iron-based phosphating and chromium treatment processes.
