LW-19 chromium-free passivation additive is a kind of colorless transparent and environmental protection additive. It applies the composite metal salts to form the uniform chemical conversion film on aluminum surface which can effectively enhance the coating film adhesion and corrosion resistance to the surface and the coating. LW-19 is heavy metals- free and in line with the green environmental protection requirements, can completely replace the traditional chromium passivation coating for aluminum surface treatment, it can also be used to spray or immersion.

LW-14 Chromium-free Degreasing Additive is a kind of colorless to yellowish transparent liquid with powerful degreasing surface active agent, emulsifier and functional agent.This product can efficiently remove aluminum surface grease, stains and natural oxidation film and results no harm to aluminum profiles. LW-14 is used for pre-treatment of aluminum profiles powder coating and anodization. It has advantages of low cost, little aluminum consumption and energy-saving comparing to alkaline etching treatment.
