Fluoride-free Brightening Additive
LW-34 Fluoride-free Brightening Additive is a kind of colorless or light yellow green transparent acid liquid with strong degreasing factor and contains the brightening agent, penetrating agent, emulsifier and other functional agents, can quickly and effectively remove aluminum surface grease, stains and natural oxidation film to make the aluminum bright as new. LW-34 is of fluoride-free and environmental friendly, comparing to the traditional fluoride brightener and traditional alkaline etching processing, it has the advantages of low cost, little aluminum consumption, energy- saving and environmental protection etc..

3. Solution Maintenance:
1) Analyze the concentration of LW-34 daily, and replenish in time to the control range.
2) Some insoluble substances like mechanical sundries and dusts are unavoidable during production process, so the bath solution should be cleaned regularly.
