Trivalent Chromium Passivation Additive
LW-150 Film-formation Additive is a kind of green liquid which is capable to form a colorless or light blue film on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloy. This film has excellent anti-corrosive resistance and adhesion with coating.

3. Solution Maintenance:
1) Adjust PH slowly with 5% sulfuric acid solution or 1% sodium hydroxide solution.
2) Add the LW-150 according to the analytical result of solution.
3) Avoid mixing with other solution.
4) Some insoluble substances like mechanical sundries and dust are unavoidable during production,so the solution should be cleaned regularly.
5) It is recommended to equip the heating and filtration equipment(Circulation of bath solution twice per hour).
4. Packaging and Storage:
Package: Plastic barrel (25kg/barrel,1000kg/barrel)
Storage: Suggested to store in cool, dry and well ventilated place; away from fire and heat source.
